Off the Mat, Into the World®,  a program of The Engage Network, uses the power of yoga to inspire conscious, sustainable activism and to ignite grassroots social change. We do this by facilitating personal empowerment through leadership trainings, fostering community collaboration, and initiating local and global service projects including Global Seva Challenge and the Empowered Youth Initiative.

Y.O.G.A. for Youth brings Yoga and Meditation to urban youth in schools, community facilities, detention centers and jails in order to enrich their lives and assist them in effectively meeting life’s challenges.

We accomplish this by training yoga teachers and sending them out in the field to work with kids in these communities who desperately need tools to navigate their very difficult environments and situations.

YOGA For Youth is actively working toward its vision for the future where every children in every community will have regular access to the work we do teaching yoga and meditation.

Uses three fundamental aspects of yoga to create lasting change in African communities: Unity, Possibility and Non-Violence. Hundreds of students in Kenya and Nairobi, many of whom have been personally affected by HIV/AIDS and living on less than $2 per day have had the opportunity to develop their lives, communities and livelihoods by participating in the activities of the Africa Yoga Project.

Help Children to Read and Write! 4 Oneworld provides educational aid to disadvantaged children in Africa.

Our current project is the Kibooba Village Primary School in Uganda.

Please help 4 Oneworld provide sustainable education to the 90 orphans in Kibooba. Contributions will support teachers' salaries and income generating projects to uplift the community out out of poverty.
