About Me  
Seventeen years ago I participated in my first yoga class, it was love at first try. I enjoy practicing and guiding students in a wide variety of yoga styles. Yoga has been a life-changer for me, and I have chosen to participate in the Challenge because I want others to have the chance to experience the joy and benefits of yoga too.
