Donate Now Most of us know it, but working in the corporate world was just against my soul's journey. I made the change slowly, first qualifying as a Reflexlogist and then an Aromatherapist, continuing on to complete a course in Antannea Massage and Colour Therapy - all while working behind a desk. With the support and guidance of the Universe, I somehow managed to cut down the corporate hours and started following my first passion - massage. When I fell pregnant with my second child I stumbled upon Yoga and a new passion was ignited! I completed my 200hr Teacher Training with Kerry Weavind from the Haum of Yoga - a journey that changed my life forever! It is an honour and priviledge to be allowed to enter someones personal space and either teach them Yoga or touch them through massage. Teaching both Yoga and massage has taught me so many weird and wonderful things about myself and it is through this learning that I teach to others. These arts came to me to teach me about humility and a connectedness to others, about how individuals are able to shift their own energy and bring about a deep sense of well-being and connectedness to themselves. I believe that massage should be a human right and that Yoga is the answer to world peace! As Patanjali has so beautifully laid out in one of his sutras: "May all beings be happy and free, and may our thoughts, our words, and our actions, in some way, contribute to their freedom and their happiness". I look forward to meeting you on the mat or the relaxing massage bed!
