About Me  
Yoguini and architect, passionate about the human body’s creative expression. She is a Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance RYT-200. She began her yoga practice in 2000. From this moment on she deepens into a journey of self-exploration finding through her yoga practice unique benefits which change completely her way of understanding life. After ten years of personal practice she studies a teacher training from YogaWorks which leads her on a new journey. She creates her own yoga studio MuktiYoga in Monterrey, México. Shortly, she feels the urge to share outside the yoga room all that she has learned through her practice and teaching. She explores the world of spiritual activism coordinating and teaching community yoga classes in public parks and centers for the young disabled. She then studies the Yoga, Purpose, and Action Leadership Training becoming a leader in the Off the Mat and Into the World organization in México. She actually leads the Yoga in Action leadership Trainings in México.
