About Me  
After many years as a business man and searching for a transformation, he found the discipline of yoga almost 4 years ago. One year after practicing power yoga in Puerto Rico and seeking for the roots of traditional yoga, Gil traveled to Rishikesh, India and was certified in Hatha Yoga under the guidance of native teachers in 2010. Since then, he has been teaching yoga in prison and other studio yoga in Puerto Rico. His style comes from traditional yoga mixed with vinyasa flow also combined with a personal touch, including life experiences, that brings a special connection at the moment of each class.
