About Me  
I've been practicing Yoga for about 30+ years studying the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda initially and then Swami Sivananda under the guidance of Swami Maitreyananda. In the last 6 years I have added a Power Yoga practice to address back issues and have gained so much more, completing Teacher Training with Power Living about three years ago. Since then I have also completed Purna Yoga Therapy Training with Byron Yoga and an Applied Yoga Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga through Yoga Synergy.
