About Me  
Her life has been influenced by dance and gymnastics. Seeking a less stressful and balanced life she was attracted to the peacefulness of yoga. She found herself aiding in Gopala VandenBosch`s recovery from a back injury and seeing firsthand the transformation brought about by Yoga as a whole, began studying under his tutelage. She has grown to be a skilled teacher on her own merits. Certified Atman Sakti Yoga teacher and registered teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is co-creator of Atman Sakti Yoga: Power of the Self and is owner of, donation based, Taha Nimit Yoga Studio. Teacher at Area Recreativa Orlando Lopez. Yoga Aid World Challenge Puerto Rico 2012
