About Me  
Caitlin took her first yoga class in 2002 but did not become committed to the practice until the end of 2009. When she took her first Baptiste-inspired power yoga class in February of 2010, she knew she'd found the style of yoga that really "fit" her. She attended Level I Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste in August of 2010, and Level 2 in September of 2011. She loves the way yoga nurtures her body, mind, and spirit, and hopes she can help to nurture others in the same way. Caitlin is also a Registered Nurse.
