Donate Now Jane Ribinskas Director/Founder started Yoga Concepts as a result of a long-term vision and personal journey, discovering self-empowering wisdom knowledge and techniques that have totally changed her life and cultivated happiness on all levels. Jane has over 15 years experience in Corporate Business to Senior Management Level and over 30 yrs in practicing yoga including, gentle Hatha yoga, Iyenga and Ashtanga Vinyasa style. Teaching healing modalities over 20 years She currently bases her teachings on Classical Yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa flow and her own “Vinyasa flow” titled “The Knowing Flow™” vinyasa sequences her teaching expands across regular classes, day, weekend or longer workshops/retreats. She also teaches groups and one to one personal training and yoga Teacher Training for “The knowing Flow™” Teaching from her inner city sanctuary @ Richmond and providing services within the corporate sector she offers tailored workshops and classes to senior executives and staff. She has also developed Australia’s first online yoga studio @ www.yogaconceptsonline.com Teaching a diverse sector of individual’s works mentors Yoga teachers & trainees, teaches Australian celebrities, Athletes and with the general public in diverse workshops and programs extending to the whole family. Jane studied and has taught variety of healing modalities over 20yrs including, Japanese Shiatsu, Jikyo Jyutsu a meridian stretching program, Meditation and Transformational Breathing, a deep diaphragmatic breathing system program linked into isometric movements, meridian chanels, chakras, creating greater levels of energy, weight loss and many other benefits as a result of oxygenating the body shifting stagnation for the whole person on all levels. Jane has a grown family and has practiced the ancient/modern techniques she teaches today to enjoy her family, friends, and community and life challenges in a calm divine yet high energy manner. She is passionate about being able to teach, live and breath Yoga and share wisdom knowledge with the community with the intention of contributing to world peace and for the greater good of mankind.
