About Me  
Ashley is a native Austinite and has been practicing yoga for years. What began as a form of work out quickly turned into a soul inspiring, life changing practice. It was yoga that was able to heal wounds of the past, taught her forgiveness, patience, intrinsic happiness, and a deep appreciation for living in the now. Ashley reflects this in her teaching while keeping it energetic, uplifting, powerful and light-hearted. She is co-owner and director of Wanderlust LIVE in Austin, Texas. The Wanderlust Festival changed Ashley's life and she is forever grateful to the entire Wanderlust Festival team for making this dream a reality.
